On my new Gallaxy Note 5, my caller ID remains hidden and the usual instruction to go to phone-more-settings-more settings only takes me to a page with three options:
- TTY mode
- hearing aids
- us dialing
This is the place where the option of caller ID is but not on this phone.
Please help as people are not picking up my calls as they show as unknown.
