My LG L70 will not hard reset, it will start to then it just goes blank. WHAT CAN I DO!!!!!??????

I have had my phone for almost three years and all of a sudden it just stated wigging out. It will start to power on then it tells me there is a security error. I tried the hard reset and it will get to the screen where it says processing then it just goes blank. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
