My bro-in-law bought my daughters each an LG L15G for Christmas. They just use it for music, games and Google Hangouts. However, one of the phones is now locked up permanently, it seems. I've done the vol- and pwr, factory reset method twice now with no changes (not that the second time did anything, but figured it was worth a shot for good measure). It sticks on the LG Life's Good screen and does not go to the blue TracFone screen that comes up next on my other daughter's. Any ideas?
