why i cant update app on playstore on my phone lenovo (i forgot what type my phone)

i like read fiction use google chorme and i got spams prize online and i play tht until i relize is spams and is send virus on my phone i alway use search virus app sometime is clear and sometime is have risk log and when i look on app setting there app suite daemon and common data service i force stop both of them and now when i use mp3 app on my phone i relize there some song missing. is my phone got virus or what and now i cant update app on playstore google it said i dont have enough space for app but i go to data storage it said i have lot space for app this virus or what is been more than 3 week my phone like this
