A Button to Make a Button to Make a Button

Hi everyone, my first post and hopefully a simple one.

I am trying to create an activity with a button which when pressed adds a button to the same acitivity.

I can do this but I want the newly created button to have an onClick which also creates another button in the same activity. I can't get this working.

Does anyone know how to do this?
