Galaxy Sy_ Hotspot not visible by other devices after Marshmallow update

After I upgraded to Marshmallow, I am not able to access my Samsung Galaxy S6's hotspot fdom other devices. It is just not visible. Configuration and switching on/off the hot spot are all possible. I have also made sure that I have not checked the 'Hide my device' checkbox. Any help on this is much appreciated.
