My samsung galaxy s4 is seemingly dead. One day I was using it, and I discovered that the battery was low, so I plugged it into the power socket. I left it for about an hour or so, but when I tried to turn it on it didn't turn on past the 'Samsung' start up screen.
I tried again, but this time it wouldn't turn on at all. I then tried plugging it into my laptop. At first it recognised my device, but the phone wouldn't turn on. I tried again, but the phone seemed as though it was completely dead.
When I took it to a repair shop, the repairer tried restarting my phone using a new battery, but nothing happened. Not even the LED indicator would work, and when i try to reboot it, still nothing.
Is my phone completely dead?
