HTC M8 internal memory almost full (system use)

Hello,

My internal memory is 15.4G our of 16g full (after cleaning). So I cannot install the app updates anymore.

System: 10.4G
Apps: 3.8G
Photos: 625g
...

I already tried cleaning cache and junk files with the apps like memory cleaner.
Also I moved most of my apps to the SD card.

Is it normal that system is using more than 10G of my internal memory? How can I solve this lack of space problem?
