LAVA Flair Z1 : How Hard Factory Reset phone ?

Unfortunately, 'theme has stopped'..... this msg keeps popping up continuously.
This isn't stopping even I soft reset (Setting>back up & reset> reset) my phone twice... or more and nothing changed. HArd reset may be useful. I want hard reset my phone
Plz guide me about Correct method of Hard Reset of LAVA flair Z1..............
