Many,many problems on samsung galaxy grand prime

More description?Ok like I said why does ph always pop up with chrome or Internet and even sometimes TouchWiz,reg or ez style. I pic always but it still happens.A lot of times can't turn phone off. Unplugging it believe it or not does not turn it off. I know that sounds ridiculous and you probably don't believe me but it the truth. I never much good on a computer &isnt a smart ph basically that. If it's not that just goes to show you what I don't know. I am good at following instructions though so help would be appreciated.
