My pt legend blutooth

I have a lg phone and a pt legend blue tooth when i trun on bluetooth it usually ask if i wont to access phone book which it allows access to contacts.now when i turn on bluetooth my phone dont give that the option to access my Bluetooth I mean my phonebook and it also don't say answer or not anymore so I need to know how I can set that up on my phone for to start giving me that option again
