my samsung galaxy j5 is stuck in a bootloop after knox download

I was going to download Knox and then it said that it was going to restart the phone and it got stuck in a bootloop (it just keeps showing me the samsung galaxy j5 logo and then it turns off,vibrates and shows me the logo again).
please help me !
(Yes my Phone is rooted)
