My Samsung Gear Fit is in a rebooting Loop and will not stop how do I get it to stop and be normal.

The screen says Samsung Gear Fit rebooting and then it switches to another screen that says Samsung and then back to the Samsung Gear Fit rebooting screen and does it continually and does not stop
