Need some info about two of my system apps named ROOT and NOBODY

Hi. I recently installed netguard no root firewall on my huawei honor 3c which is running stock android 4.4.2 emui 3.0.. But when i started checking out the system apps i saw two apps which were not in my stock all apps settings. one was an app called NOBODY by 9999. and the other was an app called ROOT by 0. by the way ROOT app seems to be uploading and downloading data which I now blocked using the netguard firewall. Are these apps malicious? should i be worried?:confused:
