samsung tab 2 10.1 nothing.

samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 wont charge,ive replaced the battery and bought a new charger that ive been waiting a month for. when i plugged it in nothing happened,i know the battery is installed right.any ideas of what it might be,please someone help ,im about ready to throw this thing in the lake.thank
