this app relies on google services ,which is not sopported by your phone

whenever i try to sign in from a game which requires google id access a message displayed ' this app relies on google play services ,which is not supported by your phone' . I had tried all steps appears on the net internet. plz help me....I have a Micromax bolt A064 rooted phone. It was working fine about two weeks ago
