Unidentified apps downloading on my phone

There are some new apps getting downloaded on my phone and it irritates me a lot. I'm using Samsung galaxy grand gti9082 and my phone is rooted to. I try to desable these apps but they appear again after some time even the play store is not working it's showing some kind of [RH-01] error. What to do?even Google plus and gmail is not working..
