samsung galaxy s3 wifi connectivity problem

my samsung galaxy s3 have the wifi problem that it can connect perfectly inside the room which the modem set up and when i using wifi with the phone outside the room, cant even connect and when i try to connect by forget the wifi password and insert the correct password again it say password incorrect...and cannot connect

Please help me guysss
