Why my Note 4 Hotspot not working with SHAREit?

please anyone advice me, that when i am stating my SHAREit and its required hotspot. my hotspot is not working and cannot connected with another device. and hotspot required data usage but in other phone its not required.
kindly please help me for solving this problem.
