Notifications for some apps (Google Keep, Viber, Telegram, gReader) don't appear on notification bar (on top), while for Facebook messenger, SMS, Gmail everything is working properly.
If I am using phone, then I can see that I've got alert (popup flowed in and out at the top of the screen), but no sound and no icon in notification bar. If I don't use phone at that moment, then I don't even know that I got alert.
However Notification Log shows all alerts properly...
I've wiped the cash - it helped once, but now it's not helping.
Please help me, because I'm missing important reminders from Google Keep.. :(
