How Can I Get Rid Of Battery Doctor Notification Bar After I Delete The App

I Downloaded Battery Doctor And I Had It On My Phone For Quite Some Time. After Realising I Had No Space Left On My Phone I Deleted It But The Notification Bar Still Stayed. How Do I Get Rid Of It?
