Why can't I change the template used in 10.1 S Note app?

I've used S Note plenty of times during the years I've had my 10.1 2014 Edition tablet. I knew how to change the template and even use that precision option that let me use my stylus to write on the lines of the template I used often. However, that option and the option to even change the template seems to be gone. Now, I haven't been using my tablet as often as I used to, but I came back, updated it, and now the app seems to have completely changed on me. Anybody know what's going on?
