Catepillar S30

I reside in South Africa and own a Caterpillar S30 Android version 5.1 Smartphone,whenever I switch the phone on the OS starts over and displays a message "Android is starting.Initializing app 1 of 40"this usually takes a while and goes through this cycle twice which takes a long time and is time consuming.

What can be wrong?
