no data but still covering space in miscellaneous files

my device is samsung E7 16 gb with used space of 9 .30 gb and system memory is covered with 4.41gb and miscellaneous files are covering upto 1.25 gb but even after i delete all files from miscellaneous files it still shows 1.25 gb wht should i do ..
