Snapchat and Cyanogenmod 14.1-20161222

Hi, I have a rooted device and I accidentally logged out of Snapchat. I have disabled root access and still to no avail. All I get is can't connect to the server. It says it's verifying the device then logging in then the error message pops up again. I have restarted, and also reinstalled then app.
I have a LG Nexus 5.
Can anyone help?
