Can I undo the latest update?

I absolutely HATE the new update and rhe changes that were made. Minor enhancements is one thing but the entire look has changed, fonts, keyboard etc. There should be some type of announcement if MAJOR changes are made. IF unable to correct ASAP, it will just confirm this phone will be gone and I will go back to an Iphone after many years of having an Android. Help me change it back
