Gear S3 Change Sound Profile Along with Phone

Is it possible to have the Gear S3 change its sound profile when your phone's sound profile changes? For instance, if my watch and phone both have their volume up, but I'm about to head into a meeting or something and switch my phone to vibrate, do I always have to manually change the sound profile on the watch? Or is there a way to do this automatically?
