I use google voice typing in several languages (English, French, Hebrew, Spanish....) on my smartphone. Most of the time it works well, some times I get gibberish in one language when I speak another (sorry, my accent is not perfect in all the the above).
For actual typing and spelling correction it is possible to tell which language I am using, but I found no way of doing so for voice typing. I browsed through various settings and found that google voice typing is set to "automatic", but found no way to change this.
