myphone phone restarts when turns off blutooth?

i turns on show lay out bounds under drawing in the developers option found in the settings in myphone phone and turns it off afterwards. i also open the data and tried to open google maps apps and i noticed the blutooth turns on, when i turn off the blutooth the phone restarts, what should i do?
