Phones problem

Hello sir it's me rahul..actually the problem is my phone is samsung note 3 neo.and while using d phone i m getting white,blue,yellow horizontal and vertical lines...many times it change into xray display..letter on the screen are shaking..so just help me what's d issue with phones.
