Why are gmails deleted on my phone not deleting in Gmail for Chrome desktop?

Hi, so I'll check my Gmail on my OPO and then delete them. The emails still show up when I check Gmail on my PC?

How do I fix this so that they delete everywhere?

I checked and my account is setup for IMAP.
