why my mobile is not upgrading ti another version

I am using moto g2 and it was working quite well before I updated my phone to lollipop ,, after upgrading to lollipop it does not shows camera option nor its upgrading to higher version ..
System updates are coming but after downloading the update it is showing software upadation failed why?
