Can i update nougat 7.0 on galaxy s6 CF-Auto Rooted

I have my galaxy s6 G920f which is CF-Auto.Rooted now i want to update 7.0 nougat so what is the process of updating? After update 7.0, root will no longer work or it will be work..?
