My phone started crashing and I had a notification that said something like, "Samsung key bored has stopped working". I passed it off as a random thing and got off my phone without thinking, I went to get back on later and I went to type In my password, but my keyboard would NOT, come up. I've read some things online and I know how to pull up that menu with the Volume up, Power, and Home button but I want to know how to unlock my phone without erasing data. Any suggestions or tips?
