I have a S3 which is a good 3-4 years but ive only had ut for about a year and I charge it by my bed every night. I usually place it face down so I don't know if this is something new or if its been happening for a while but once my battery reaches 100% I get a small notification and my screen lights up. This is all fine and dandy but for the past couple of nights I have been woken up in the early hours of the morning because my phone screen has lit up even though I didnt get a text or notification. I don't know if this is normal or if its just my phone reminding me that its at 100%. Can some please just clarify for me?
