i would like your expert's help because i'm very frustrated. My mobile Galaxy Alpha has been broken and i backed up my data on a PC Windows 10, on the 8th of February. Now i want to restore these data on a Galaxy S4, as it doesn't work on my new One Plus 5, to be able to get them back. The Smart Switch was showing it should be updated and i did it. But unfortunately it doesn't let me push the button "Restore"! Whys this? How does it work from the PC? Maybe i lost my data?
I also downloaded the KIES3 in order to help me transfer my data, as i read for the PCs. I don't know if it can work with the Smart Switch.
