Emui 5- how to disable the xxx is currently recording audio!

I would like to use Google on any screen because I don't have the buttons anymore (just the force touch type) so I can't trigger it in any other way and it a complete pain to use Snapchat now
There has to be a way to make this stop it's a joke.
