My zedge notification tones keep disappearing

I downloaded a bunch of tones from Zedge and wanted to use them with Smart tone shuffle app. They will all work for a few hours and then they all disappear at the same time. I tried restarting my phone and also factory reset. Am I doing something wrong or does anyone else have this issue?
