Repeat download of PDF from email

I asked for information and got it via email as 2 Pdfs a week ago. Every time I close PDF it will start downloading again. The email came from my doctors office. I deleted the email from my yahoo account, cleared the cache and uninstalled yahoo. Rebooted the phone. I reinstalled Yahoo and it still is downloading the pdfs what can I do to make it stop
