There is a faint circle with a labybug in it on my phone, what is it?

Hi I have a ZTE Blade Q Lux mobile phone. Just in the last day or so i have a faint circle appearing on my screen with either a ladybug a butterfly or a hangmans noose in it.When i try to swipe it off the screen it wont go and when you tap on it it does nothing. Im suspecting its a tracker or bug of some sort but cant see where its hiding in my apps. I have checked and they are all looking ok, nothing sus. I downloaded a game months ago Blossom Blast but this has only strated in the last day or so. Please help?
