Why cant i calibrate my touchscreen on my rca voyager tablet

Every site ive been to says to hold volume and power button down till error screen appears then select calibrate touchscreen option.. there is no such option. There are no cracks or knicks on my screen. Yes ive tried factory reset, taken film off screen. Ive tried everything, i just want to calibrate my touch screen the model # is rct6773w22b
