So I love the idea of sleeker, more streamlined interface between the human & their smart device. When I purchased my Galaxy S8+, I was excited to learn about the challenge to Siri, OK Google & Amazon by Samsung's BIXBY.
BUT....
As soon as I tried to engage the interface, I realized her designers may have had big dreams - but they CLEARLY had minimal experience with this kind of interface.
It is OBVIOUS there were an order of magnitude, too many cooks in the kitchen.
I am an android user since the start, through-and-through - arguing with an iPhone user at-least once a week.
But this, something which had my hopes so high, has wasted so much of my time.
At THIS point - I am a bit disenchanted.
