Brand new Samsung J3 - flashing and black screen playing online games

The phone is less than a week on. But when I try to play some games online (slots) they just flash and eventually turn black. I can hear the game playing and buttons still there but can't see anything. Anyone know what's wrong with it? It seems like the games aren't supported but we're in 2017?
