I deleted almost everything off my internal SD card, but it still shows that its full.

After rooting my device (Android Tablet 4.4.2), and deleting almost everything, my internal SD still shows that it is 82% full.

I have an external SD card with 16GB storage, but my internal SD is somehow "full" and this prevents me from downloading apps.
