How do I change the colour of text for apps on the homescreen? OPPO F1s

I changed my background on my homescreen but now it's really hard to read the text under my apps. Is there a way to change the colour of the text from white to black?

I tried: settings > display & brightness > font. But that only let's you change the font (if you download an app)
