How do I export files from an LG Phoenix3 with a broken screen?

Broken screen and digitizer, so no access to the phone at all except for plug in to USB. Problem is, the media sync option is inaccessible and every time the phone is plugged into my windows laptop it says the files are empty. I tried the Android Lost app through my computer but since I can't access the phone at all, the verification for the app won't work.

I really want my photos and notes off of this phone but can't find anything else to help
