I hold down power and volume up..I get the recovery screen w/android on his back w/!..I volume down select wipe date and restore factory factory setting..I use power key to select ... And I'm left with w/android !
Now if I do all the above and use my volume up, I get the next screen answer yes, using volume up android hops up and thinks, next screen reboot now volume up .. Back down on his back no command frozen..I have been trying for several day to get my tablet back up..CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.
