Indoor Signal Problems

Okay well, a few months ago when it was released, I bought the zte blade x max from cricket, it was shipped to me and I received it and activated it. At the very moment I activated the phone I knew something was wrong, I could call out but I couldn't receive calls unless I stepped outside, I just accepted the fact that I had poor signal indoors, fast forward a few months later I reactivated the phone back on cricket like before, but I didn't activate it at my house this time, I was in my car leaving work which is in the middle of town with all 5 bars. I get home and to my surprise I can make and receive calls anywhere inside perfectly fine ; okay so fast forward a few weeks later I grew tired of the phone I had, so I got myself a unlocked Moto e4 , used it for a few weeks but didn't like the small screen so I decided to go back to the zte, no problems going back, eventually I got tired of crickets plans, so I unlocked my phone and moved over to straight talk on the att network of course, and the problem is back, it's very annoying and I can't seem to find ANYONE that is able to help me , so I'm just hoping someone here is able to help, I'd be very grateful . Also sorry for the extremely long post I figured all the details would be helpful
