my camera app isn't working properly

Ok so i have an Umidigi S and the camera app isn't working. So when i open the app its fine, but as soon as i move the phone in the slightest the camera will basically flip. So if i try to take a photo it will be taken upside down. This is really frustrating and i really need help. Iv'e tried factory resets and they don't work
