No Wi-Fi or Bluetooth

Motorola Droid Turbo 2- Updated software 09/06/2017. Phone bgan acting up. Wi-Fi & Bluetooth were in and out for a while now not working at all. Started with Factory Reset with no positive results. Network Reset did not work. I tried Wipe Cache, still not working. The Wi-Fi appears to be searching, even when OFF. Bluetooth stopped completely. All other functions work fine, email, phone, internet etc. I am using data like crazy.
